UK delivery & returns

Free delivery and returns to all mainland UK addresses. We use a next working day delivery service. Please note cut off for placing orders for processing that day is 2pm. You will receive notification of the proposed delivery time slot from PB Fulfilment.  

USA delivery and returns

Free delivery is available to USA addresses. Your shipment will be delivered via FEDEX courier services. Please allow 7 working days to receive your order.  Should you need to return, we do have a charge of $55 to cover our costs. We think you’re going to love your jacket, but please contact [email protected] for further advice on sizing and delivery so we can help reduce returns. No additional taxes or import duties or fees applied.

Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at [email protected] or the courier who has provided you with the delivery information.

Delivery to outside the UK & EU

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is outside of our control and it is your responsibility to meet these charges.

The delivery periods set out are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we cannot guarantee delivery in the periods stated.


All items for return must to be sent back within 28 days of date of despatch.

They must be returned in their original packaging, be unworn and unwashed, and have all swing tags and labels still attached. They must be in a condition allowing us to sell the product as new. Items cannot be refunded if they do not meet these criteria.

To authorise your return, please just follow the steps below for and we will deal with your request as swiftly as possible:

  1. Notify us of your intended return via our Returns Form below. This enables us to track your garment back to us efficiently. You will be redirected to a freepost Royal Mail returns form once submitted. 
  2. Complete the Paper Returns Form you received with your garment and place in your returning parcel.
  3. Take parcel to the Post Office. Please keep the proof of postage you receive from the Post Office.

We will give you a full refund for the price you paid us in respect of any product properly returned, as detailed above.

We will refund any money received from you using the method originally used by to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 10 days following the day we receive your product.

Note – This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
