Return or Exchange – It couldn’t be more simple…




It is always our aim to send out your order on the same day or next working day that you place it with us. If in the unusual circumstance there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact to advise you via email.

  • We send out next day delivery as standard where we can (not available for all postcodes) – if there is a delay our courier company will contact you to let you know.
  • If we are unable to send out on a next day service, orders in most cases will take a maximum of 4 days to reach you if you are based in the UK, and up to 7 days if you’re located outside the UK.
  • Please add any alternative delivery instructions at order stage (for example leave in porch or with a neighbor if not in) and we will make every attempt to ensure our courier follows these instructions
  • Please note that we cannot be liable for any customs or duties levied on international shipments. We recommend you find out more details on this liability before ordering.
