Delivery & Returns

Orders shipped within the UK

We will deliver your order as fast as possible. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once ready for dispatch you will receive a shipment notice from our logistics company – PB Fulfilment. You will also receive a text to the mobile you provided with a delivery time slot. Please do double check your address, email  and mobile when you make your order as changes are problematic once the order is dispatched.
 

Next day delivery (Free of charge)

We send all items to the UK Mainland with EVRi’s next day service. Orders are despatched until 3pm – any orders received after this will be despatched the following day.  Items to NI and the highlands take a day or two longer.

 28 day Returns (Free of charge)

If you need to return your order, please return to us within 28 days of receiving it.

All items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags/labels unbroken and still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer. When trying on items of clothing please do not remove tags/labels, and in the unlikely event that goods arrive to you damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

To authorise your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below and we will deal with your request as swiftly as possible:

  • Use the returns form below to tell us about your return, you’ll be automatically redirected to a Freepost Royal Mail link to fill in your details and then issue you with a return label which needs to be attached securely to your parcel
  • Complete your paper form which came with the item(s) and include in the returning parcel
  • Drop your parcel at any Post Office and please keep proof of postage 

 

Orders shipped to Switzerland

We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order reaches us. We will then send a shipment notification when your order is on its way – this email will include tracking information so you are able to keep up to date with your order’s progress.
 

3-5  Working Days Delivery (Free of charge)

DHL express on-demand delivery will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. Will I have to pay Duties and Taxes

We ship from a UK warehouse so we need to state here that You will be responsible for payment of Duties and taxes which arise. 

 

28 day Returns (Return charges apply)

If you need to return your order please initiate a return within 28 days of receipt. For returns from Switzerland we do charge CHF22, this will be deducted from your original invoice. To help avoid returns resulting from sizing issues, please do feel free to email us before ordering to discuss the size you might need and we can help direct you on this.

We will receive your items back at our UK site we will process your refund as soon as possible.

 For a quick, simple, fast return and refund process –  please follow the steps below:

  • Email us with your name and order number and the piece you are returning
  • We will send you a DHL Express returns label. Please securely pack your item and attach the label tightly to your parcel
  • This Link provides you with the nearest DHL drop off point for your parcel. Please keep proof of drop off until your refund has been processed. 
  • As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will refund your goods (minus the return charge). The duty and taxes you were charged on entry to Switzerland remain your responsibility. 

Orders to the USA

Currently, due to the increase in tariffs, we are not able to ship to the US. We hope to be able to offer our collection in the future.

 

 

 

EU & The rest of the world

We are looking to deliver to other locations. Brexit has caused duty problems for us but we will  keep working on this as we would love to offer our collection further afield.
